Place was clean. Employees helpful and outgoing. My kid even got a gift from the cashier. Very pleasant experience
Car inspections are really good, but I notice every single one of Canadian tires really have a busy team at the service. Many would agree. It's hard to reach service when calling, and when you're there at the counter, they are stressed out and don't have much time to answer to calls and not enough workers to speed up the clientele process. I give it a 3 because of that. On hold for 25+ mins is ridiculous.
